Digital Marketing Manager (Growth Hacker)


We are currently recruiting a talented Growth Marketing Manager for our Growth Marketing department who will bring passion to what they do, day in and day out. The Performance Marketing Manager will scale existing channels, while optimizing our key performance metrics.

The ideal candidate has a comprehensive digital marketing concept, handling the social media for the brand and manage online shop platform from high-level strategy to day-to-day operations. The applicant must be up for a challenging, but rewarding experience of aggressively growing our customer base.


Work with cross-functional teams to push forward marketing agendas

Coordinate and organize social media post

Optimize and online store

Partner with advertising agency to own the paid user acquisition journey and optimize ROAS/ROI (Facebook/Instagram, Google Ads, Pinterest Ads)

(Build accurate customer segments and profiles, to run effective campaigns

Analyze user data to provide strategic, actionable insights

Always be AB testing and thinking of new growth opportunities)


Proficient in both Chinese and English.

BA/BS degree in Visual Content field such as Graphic Design, Marketing, English.

3+ years of experience in marketing, data analytics, and advertising platforms (SEM, Facebook/Instagram)

Ability to create humanized post

Live and breathe data

Strategic problem solving skills

Ability to work under pressure, and quickly adapt

Proficient in Shopify is a plus (able to be trained)

Start-up experience is a plus

Job Description:
-Responsible for E-commerce websites setup, including product listing, assists in sourcing, creating landing pages and banners with online tools or platforms.
