Flexible lipid-colloid contact layer:

UrgoTul is a flexible contact layer with a TLC healing matrix consisting of a conformable polyester mesh impregnated with hydrocolloid and petrolatum particles.

When in contact with wound exudate, UrgoTul condenses and creates a moist environment that promotes healing. UrgoTul stimulates fibroblast proliferation, ensuring non-adherent and painless dressing changes.

  2. Carefully blot dry the surrounding skin
  3. If necessary, UrgoTul can be cut using sterile scissors to fit the dressing to the wound

  5. Cover UrgoTul on the site of wound exudate
