UrgoTul Ag/Silver is a silver salt impregnated bandage manufactured using Lipid Colloid (TLC) technology, an advanced technology developed by UrgoTul Laboratories.
The tape consists of a silver mesh layer made of polyester impregnated with hydrocolloid beads (carboxymethylcellulose), petrolatum, binder polymer and silver salt.
Urgotul Ag/Silver is non-adhesive and non-occlusive and therefore does not adhere to the wound lumen.
Instructions for use
Thoroughly clean the wound with saline
Carefully blot dry the surrounding skin
If necessary, UrgoTul Ag/Silver can be cut using sterile scissors to fit the dressing to the wound
The UrgoTul Ag/Silver dressing can be changed every 1-3 days, depending on the wound and healing process.
The maximum duration of use of UrgoTul Ag/Silver is 1 month
